“You cannot go back and change the beginning. But you can start where you are and change the ending"

inspired by James R. Sherman

If you are ready

The beginning

This phase is often marked by uncertainty and complex emotions — perhaps even grief or anger. Yet, almost unexpectedly, lighter and brighter moments may begin to appear: moments in which you start to experience a growing sense of clarity and stability, and gradually regain confidence.

From questions to answers

Right now, you’re probably wrestling with many questions. Questions that often go round in circles. Questions from which you’re increasingly developing your own answers. Answers that make your journey something unique and valuable.

Support based on trust

I create and hold a space in which you feel welcome and safe – with all your facets, hopes and doubts. A space in which the old can be understood, perhaps let go of, for the new to emerge. And in which there is room for everything: all your feelings, as well as experimenting and exploring new things.

In the in-between – when the old is fading and the new has no name yet – lies a new beginning

I walk alongside people in this in-between space, trusting that they already carry their own answers within them.
Along this journey, I help them to hear these answers – and to find the courage to set out anew time and again.
A journey where every step brings greater clarity. Where every new beginning allows self-confidence to grow.

How I meet you

With heart and integrity

You’ll meet a coach who approaches you openly, honestly and with a genuine interest in you as a person. Without judgement, but with respect for your life journey and your own pace. There’s room for everything: for what moves you, drives you or holds you back.

Relational Coaching

My philosophical and methodological foundation is Relational Coaching. At its heart lies a trusting relationship, underpinned by authenticity and empathetic listening. Through this, a sense of security develops and new insights emerge. With targeted questions and respectful guidance, I support you in resolving inner conflicts, recognising limiting behaviour patterns and developing new perspectives.

Cornerstones of my work

It is often the turning points or periods of upheaval that provide the impetus for genuine and lasting change. In my work, I combine sound professional expertise and keen intuition with my rich life experience — drawing on humanistic and person-centred principles. And, above all, on my belief in every individual’s ability to grow and change.

Your coaching

A setting that suits you

Whether in person, online via Zoom, or a mix of both – together we’ll find the format that feels right for you and your life.

Your pace, your progress

You decide how often and at what intervals we meet. Regular sessions, which allow plenty of time for reflection and experimentation, will help you to integrate these new insights effectively and sustainably into your daily routine and your life.

Intensive and focused

Maybe you would benefit from an intensive coaching programme — away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, somewhere completely different, where you can focus entirely on yourself and the questions you're facing. A space that allows for in-depth work. Let's discuss what that might look like.

"Martina is a wonderful coach. Her ability to listen and her genuine way of engaging with me encourage the conversations to go deeper.

Her questions and reflections inspire me to come up with my own ideas for progress.

Her valuable, thought-provoking insights draw on both her extensive wealth of experience, drawn from her multifaceted professional career, and her diverse life experience.

In the months I have been working with Martina, I feel I have made huge progress. She has helped me to constructively overcome a professional hurdle, to process traumatic bereavements in a positive way, and to shape my life productively during times of change. And I feel that we are only just at the beginning … which is very exciting!"
