From lawyer to coach
My journey to becoming a coach was anything but straightforward – and that is precisely what makes it so valuable. From my start as a trained lawyer, through roles in various human resources positions, as a principal consultant in international companies, and finally as Head of People and Culture at executive level in the financial sector — each of these experiences has shaped me and ultimately led me to what feels like my true calling.
I bring this diversity of experience to every coaching relationship — whatever you bring, and whatever your present situation.
My training at the Hult Ashridge Centre for Executive Coaching (MSc), as well as my accreditations from Hult Ashridge and EMCC Global, provide my work with a solid and exciting professional foundation.
For me, coaching means lifelong learning – not as a duty, but as part of my way of life. Regular supervision, exchanges with other coaches and ongoing professional development help me to keep my approach fresh: by constantly questioning, deepening and refining it.
